Look What the Keto Diet Did to a Good Heart Surgeon, Dr Philip Ovadia!

Dr. Ovadia Is the Keto-Carnivore Crusader Who Conquered Obesity with Ketosis in a Low Carb Diet!

Once upon a time, in a far land where carbs reigned supreme, good doctor Philip Ovadia was just a regular guy facing an epic battle: the War on Obesity.

Armed with his trusty sword of knowledge and a shield made of bacon and steak, he ventured into the realm of low-carbohydrate, high-fat nutrition, aka the ketogenic diet.

Now, Dr. Ovadia isn’t your average health guru who just dabbles in diets. No, he’s the real deal, a heart surgeon who fixed thousands of faulty hearts.

The good thing is that he bravely shed his extra pounds and emerged as a champion of metabolic health. He’s the type of doctor who will tell you that while bread may be a staple for many, it’s more like a weighty enemy for others.

Dr. Ovadia champions ketogenic and even carnivore diets, particularly when it comes to keeping our hearts happy and healthy. After all, who needs carbs when you can have glorious steaks and creamy avocados? Talk about a feast fit for a warrior!

But it’s not just about the food. Ovadia emphasizes that one size does not fit all when it comes to nutrition. His motto: “Your diet should be as unique as your fingerprint — unless your fingerprint looks like a donut, in which case, we might need to talk!”

Remember, every bite counts on your quest for health. So, whether you’re a seasoned keto knight or a curious foodie, Dr. Ovadia is here to guide you with a wink and a plate full of deliciousness.

Here is what he said on X today! That’s the only thing I like about Elon allowing these sorts of important things to be shared without censorship.

So, if you’re curious about diving into the world of keto (or just want to know how to eat like a Viking), check out Dr. Ovadia’s resources and interviews. They’re packed with insights that might just help you slay your dietary dragons!

Start with his TED talk and find him in countless videos on YouTube. Everyone wants a good piece of him.

Let me give you some ketosis presents

I wrote about keto diets within the cancer context as ketosis brings hope to prevention and treatment of them.

My son is a cardiologist. He follows a keto diet and does intermittent fasting. But AHA says intermittent fasting might cause 91% of heart attacks based on a poster presentation.

Don’t worry; keep fasting if you enjoy it, have no medical conditions, and if it suits your needs. Dr Yildiz diplomatically told them it was BS. You can read his insights here.

He even showed how many mmol of ketones move in his good blood, making him healthy and happy in his golden years.

Like Dr Ovadia, he also overcame obesity and even prediabetes with low carb, high-fatfoods and fasting, but his one was abdominal obesity, as he explained in the attached juicy story.

There is growing evidence that keto diets are good for metabolically broken people like Dr Ovodia and Dr Yildiz once used to be.

Final Words

I gave you enough to savor and learn about ketosis before it becomes too late. I hope you will gather enough insights about glorious ketone bodies to embrace them before they slip away!

As my favorite scientist, Marie Curie, wisely said, “Nothing in life is to be feared; it is only to be understood.”   Just be sure to stay away from Dr Ovadia’s operating table.

As scientists, our curiosity drives us, and we refrain from judgment. We humbly acknowledge our mistakes, using each misstep as a stepping stone toward greater truths in our ongoing research.
